iOS 5 on original iPad - will it have the new multitouch gestures?

Title says it all - I heard that iOS 5 may not bring the 4-finger-swipe, etc. to the iPad 1. Is this true?

Just hook it up to Xcode and enable for development.

Not true.

True for iOS 5. The feature has been removed. Only iPad 1G's running iOS 4.3 through 4.3.5 can get them without a jailbreak.
