iOS 5 outlook integration mac vswin

Hello all,

may I ask to whom has tried iCloud and mainly iOS 5 a question about integration with outlook?
I have read that there will be the possibility to flag email messages. The questions are:
1) Will this flagging be synced with Exchange 2010?
2) Will MS Outlook 2010 on windows be able to be in sync this flags?
3) Will MS Outlook 2011 for Mac be able to be in sync this flags?
