Hey guys I need to restore my iPhone 4 to IOS 5 but there problem is that apple is signing only iOS 5.0.1.
Is there anyway for me to restore iOS 5?

No. Even with saved SHSH blobs, you can only restore to iOS 5.0.1. Starting with iOS 5, Apple changed the way the blobs are signed so that they can only be used once.

Wait I forgot to add my phone is still on iOS 5 right now and the thing is I need to restore to iOS 5 while apple is only signing iOS 5.0.1.
Im asking is there a way possible to still restore it to 5.0.

What if I want to use a custom firmware? I am on iPhone 3GS baseband 6.15 and my phone won't boot because I uninstalled SiriN1ght. Can I restore to iOS 5.0 with a cfw?

Or can I access iPhone files when it is switched off or in DFU mode?

I repeat, you cannot install iOS 5.0.0, even with saved SHSH blobs. You cannot install iOS 5.0.0.
