iOS 5 syncing issues, and what is this little icon?

Just wondering if anyone was having any issues syncing with iOS5? I did a full restore from 4.3.3 and it's being iffy. I know it's a beta so I'm not sweating it just yet.

also, any idea what this exclamation icon means? when i click it, it goes away, but never tells me what it means!

I think the exclamation mark means an error has occurred (some items cannot be synced). If you click the icon, it doesn't show the errors; so sync it; don't click the button and an error should pop-up, after it's finished syncing, telling you what items couldn't be synced.
