ios 5 without wifi

HELP... My itunes is on my work computer which does not have wifi. I backed up my backed-up my iphone 4 and updated to ios 5. Now I cannot determine how to restore my phone without a wifi connection.

Is there some way to do this with a USB cable still?

If I deauthorize the computer and authorize my mac, will my phone back up still be there?
