iPhone iOS 6.1.3 Jailbreak Problems-- HELP?

I jailbroke my 4s using p0sixspwn, and it was working fine until I downloaded a theme. When I activated the theme using winterboard, cydia disappeared from the phone and couldnt be found with search. I then hard reset the phone, and now it boots up to the jailbroken state with the theme (still without cydia) for about five seconds, before switching to a non jailbroken state and requiring activation. I cant rejailbreak because there is a passcode set, and i cant restore because the phone wont connect to itunes. I have also tried remotely wiping, and it just gets stuck in the loading circle normally seen when the phone turns off. Any advice?????
