IOS 6 beta 1 multitasking lag

I understand it is a beta. I'm just wondering if anyone out there is experiencing the same thing. On my new iPad, when I open the multitasking bar right after exiting a ram eating app, it lags about a second and then comes up. Anyone else have this?
