Ok installed the update that was labelled beta 2 onto my ipad 3. Version is showing now as 10A5355d so it's definitely updating with the correct version and I now have beta 3. Quick look around I noticed a new icon on the top bar but it's since disappeared.

Siri in the UK is still Sh**e

I asked it where the nearest petrol station was and it showed me one that was 25 miles away......even though there's one about 2 miles away!

I'm giving up for today. Keep being told my iPad is up to date when it's clearly on beta 2 :)

I'm in a hotel in Sligo and my update is taking a lifetime as I'm used to fibre optic broadband BT Infinity 2 at home, only getting half a meg download here grrrrr.

iPod touch 4th generation finally gets Shared Photo Streams and Mail VIP's and Flagged Inboxes with this current beta, also Auto-Brightness functions as normal again

So I downgraded to 5.1.1 earlier today and lo and behold this new beta comes out; unfortunately I only had beta 1 on my pc to upgrade to - which I have done- but on searching for software update it says my software is up to date? switched off wifi; pc; and tried countless times. iPhone 4

If you're checking for the update in iTunes it's not gonna show. You have to check for the update via software update on one of the betas.

Same problem here. Decided to put back on ios6 today with the new beta update. Since I only have beta1 available I loaded that on my phone assuming the OTA update would bring it up to 2 then 3 or directly to 3. Neither works though. Every time I go to check for update OTA it says " your software is up to date".

Any ideas on how to update beta 1 to 3?

Try turning off wifi or leaving a wifi network to be on 3G, then try to check for software update :) This solved the problem for myself and a few others on here.

Thanks for the tip. Sadly it stills says my software is up to date. Any other ideas on how to get it to find the new software?

Is it possible beta 1 can not be upgraded to beta 3 without loading beta 2?

Has anyone notice that Siri is no longer working in the UK like the Beta 2? I used to ask questions like who won the English premier league last season, where is the nearest restaurant etc. now it just responded me would you like to search the web, and I can't look places in the UK. One more thing, battery is draining really rapidly don you think?
