iOS 6 Call Drop Problem

So earlier today I got a phone call from this number and every time I call it back is says "Call Failed" it even does this with some of my friends in my contacts. I think Apple needs to fix this in their next software update. Please reply if you are having this problem too.

I don't think that's the iOS , that's happened to me before in 5.1.1. Maybe its the carrier ?

The thing is this same problem happened over the weekend while I was trying to call a friend of mine and I had a perfect 5 bar connection.
