Hey guys just a quick question. If I have a 4s and have the blobs for both 6.0.1 and 6.1.2 will it be possible to downgrade in the future if I wish to try iOS 7. And can I save blobs for 6.1.3? Thanks.

No, even with full blobs saved currently you cannot downgrade a 4S.
If you install a beta ios 7 ipsw you can go back down to 6.1.3 since Apple still signs that firmware version for now.
