not from the beta no, but the GM should be the same as the official release.

u wont be able to click check for updates in itunes as it will say u have the latest... if u dont wish to use the GM build then u can restore to iOS 5.what ever its upto 😛 and then OTA update.

Thanks 🙂 One last question. If I download and install GM now will I be able to OTA Update later in a few months when Apple releases updates for iOS 6 ?
