iOS 6 on iPhone 4s crashes!

hi,

my iPhone is just crashing now and then, first the display becomes green, then it moves 50% to the left, so that the display is cut in two.
then it totally crashes and shuts itself down. never hat this issue with ios 5.1.
any help?
