Thats been available for some time now. I'm on iOS 5.1.1 and I get the same options.

App store!
Besides the obvious card update you can now enable genius apps ( gives error after but an improvement none the less) and when you click the " app store" link in passbook it no longer gives you an error! Looks like apple is tidying things up 🙂

Thanks for the no nonsense no..with an answer like that you must flat out work in the software development department in apple 😱🙄
Now when I tap the App Store button in passbook it takes me to a random page in the App Store with like instagram, Evernote, and find my iPhone (all apps I can't see using passbook...)
