I was reading online that there is an OTA update of 17mb and an iTunes version of 1.3gb.....

Anybody kno the difference? And why?

7.0.1 fixes bugs in the fingerprint scanner. Only for the 5s and curiously the 5c. The iTunes update is a standard release coinciding with iOS 7 allowing full compatibility (it also closes the ability to use custom IPSWs to restore iDevices but that's a whole other issue.)

But why is the OTA update 17mb and it's 1.3gb connected to iTunes?
