IOS 7.0.3 no custom ringtones

When I updated my phone to 7.0.3 I ended up in DFU mode somehow, and after restoring from a back up, I still can't access my custom ringtones or text tones on my phone even though it's check to sync them. Any idea how to fix this? 😡
