iOS 7.0.3 not showing up in my Software Update?

Anyone know any tricks on how to make the phone "pull" the update?

I am on an iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2

This is very strange, I usually always get updates as they are released!

You'll need to be patient. All tech companies issue rolling updates so as not to overload their servers. Certain areas will see them first. You could try rebooting your iPhone and see if it shows up.
 
I have rebooted, hardbooted, and I still get nothing.

I am about to the point to break out the cables and hook into iTunes!

Isn't this why we have iTunes WiFi Sync?? NO CORDS should have to be used! Hahaha!
 
checked for update after noticing numbers had been updated, and 7.0.3 is now available.

Mine showed up when I connected to WiFi.
