iOS 7.0.4 iPhone 4S Sound bug

No Notification sound or app sounds etc
Tried vibration nothing

Checked enabled,and no not disturbed off

I can only hear Ringtone

If I use headphone it's normal except no virbation

Updated from 5.1.1 to iOS 7.0.4 yesterday


Anyway to fix it?It's software problem

Possible to downgrade w/wo jailbreak or get 7.1 ?
