Is it any point to upgrade to iOS 7.0.5 and rejailbreak if Im running a jailbroken iPhone 5S on 7.0.4?

7.0.5 is only for the global version of 5S and 5C
But for those folks, yep they are lucky to be able to still jailbreak.
