IOS 7.1 ASK [ Need To Know Before Update ]

currently i have 7.0.4 on my devices ...should i update to 7.1 ????

3 things i want to know 7.1 work

1. are they improve speed slide and touch
2. are they improve touch id finger
3. are they drain battery

Check all of the other iOS 7.1 threads. There are plenty of performance improvements, there is no reason not to update.
