iOS 7.1: Contact photo during call

This isn't really a big deal buts it's something I liked in ios 7. When you'd receive a call or be in a call, you would have a large picture of the contact in the background, in ios 7.1, it's gone. All I see is a small circle picture in the too right corner.

Any way to enable that or is it gone from ios 7.1?
