A lot of different factors come into play on this subject, including device used, type of signal and strength thereof, not to mention apps used, and how each is set up etc. Not everyone is going to get excellent battery usage.

    my device has

    - 80 apps install
    - brightness 80 %
    - notification on
    - wifi on all time
    - LTE on outside
    - icloud on

every % take 3-4 minute on ios 7.0.4

    now >> 7.1 >> 2 minute or 3

drain more than previous version .....

only 1 thing i like 7.1 is = ID Finger = really sensitive

My battery is also slightly worse with 7.1. It's not draining at 5%+ per hour, but it's depleting quicker (both standby and active use) than 7.0.4-7.0.6.

These are given the same situations (home use, wifi on, etc.). Usually I am quite pleased with how efficient the drain is (sitting on my desk for an hour or two) but I noticed since updating yesterday that it's draining a bit more than usual...

Most importantly how have you upgraded? OTA. iTunes? Upgrade no wipe or setup as new phone?
