Lol... like the 2PAC conspiracy theory lol... people love to make something out of nothing.
Why? There are still at least two more weekdays this week (and there's still time left today as well). But, in general, yes, anyone can be wrong.
Maybe not. Apple always releases iOS updates around 7PM, but according to your logic, you can't deduce anything from that.
Why? There is still the rest of today, tomorrow, and Friday.
To discredit it now is ridiculous. And even if it doesn't come this week, doesn't mean he was wrong. He may have been told to expect it this week, but who knows what glitches may pop up and cause a slight delay.
Could not agree more. B5 is almost perfect for me. Could care less when 7.1 comes out because it wont be any different than B5. I went to 7.0.6 for 4 hours.....what a train wreck. I never had lag on an iPhone until 7.0.6. I would be happy running B5 for another month although 7.1 will be out this week

Correct. You can hope and to some degree even expect updates to be out at that time, but you certainly can't rely on it or get upset if an update doesn't get released at that time and gets released at another time (which certainly has happened more than once or even twice before).
No. In the UK. It's 1800 GMT they release updates.

Wait until 10:30 PST to rule out the update coming today. I'm patiently waiting like everyone else
Even that might not rule it out completely as it can come later on in the day as well.
