So far I'm liking it a lot with only a few quibbles.

1. The UI kit needs to be sped up. It takes way too much time for animations to finish so it gives the OS a sense of slowness.

2. The incoming call screen needs to be fixed. I agree with the previous post about the colors being wrong and all that.

One issue with control center not being reliable, sometimes it works fine. Sometimes I have to try up to 10 times.

Hadn't dawned on me until I was showing it to someone (where it worked fine) is that it is probably my case. Maybe it expects you to start the swipe from just off screen. Or closer to the edge than I can get with the case on.

I had the same problem with beta 1 using an Otterbox Defender. After beta 2, it happens a lot less. Much more responsive for me. I wouldn't put it all on your case.

I had my doubts and it is surely growing on me. however, I still find the whole experience and the flat UI very "clumsy", iOS 6 felt very solid and reliable and strong. the flat and colourful UI just make the experience feels cheap in a way.

but i am sure things will get better, and the icons will get revamped!

I liked it since the beginning and I moved from a jailbroken device to IOS 7 after checking it on a friend's i5.

Even with all the bugs, I don't regret. I came to a point where everything on my jailbroken i5 was dispensable, I think. So far, so good.

The only thing I miss on my jailbroken iPhone was the AirBlue Sharing, but not the stripped down version in the App Store. I miss being able to share pics, video clips, and sound bytes with my friends that use Android. :-( I think there's still hope though, especially with the part in settings that has the area for apps that share files via bluetooth. Fingers crossed!

To me it is not a bug - it is a poor design choice and is therefore a change request. As I said the OS is littered with these types of issues. Another example is the lock screen which says "Swipe to unlock" along-side an arrow pointing up. Even though I have the muscle memory to swipe horizontally, this usability problem still makes me pause. I guess some people react to visual cues more than others. There are so many of these issues I would be filing radar's all day long.

If it fades so that you cannot see it, then it is a bug. Simple as that. Either the text when not green needs to be more prominent, or it needn't fade to green. It's only during developer testing that these issues come about.

Report it on the Apple developer page and it will get looked at by the people who actually have the power to change things, rather than posting here that a small bug in beta 2 is a 'poor design choice' on behalf of the entire OS.

If you see so many of these issues, get reporting - that's why you're using a beta version - to test your apps on it, and to find bugs and report them. It's as simple as that. If you're going to use the beta, complain on forums about issues and 'poor design choices', and not report them, then you're not doing things properly.

Installed iOS 7 and I loved it instantly. For a beta it was very stable too. The only reason I went back was because of the inconsistency of icons. I'm waiting for all other apps from the App Store to adopt the UI and design theme of iOS 7.
