where was it ever proved that iOS wasn't running behind schedule, and that people weren't pulled from OS X 10.9 to work on it?
9to5Mac's Mark Gurman said it was ********.

I kinda take it to mean that as well. Some will hate it and others will love it as in polarizing views? If they know that going in though, hopefully they will have a setting for "Classic" view??? Is that even possible in iOS7? Can't wait for tomorrow now!I'm not sure, but I read it as in some changes will be so extreme that people will either hate it or love it, no middle ground.
iOSX.
Its going to happen eventually. Now's a good a time as any.
(Note: I hate the idea.)
Is Gruber an "analyst?" Because this seems like something an analyst would say.
"I can't verify any of this, but my guesses are more right than everyone else's guesses."
Polarizing? I know what it means, but can someone explain how it's used here?
Unless they're planning on changing the 7 banner after the keynote, I don't think this name change will happen.iOSX.

He specifically said leaks, not rumours.

po·lar·ize [poh-luh-rahyz] verb, po·lar·ized, po·lar·iz·ing: to divide into sharply opposing factions, political groups, etc. The controversy has polarized voters into proabortion and antiabortion groups.
It's been Unix based since the beginning. Why would they suddenly add the X now?
Magnetic maybe?![]()

Think....
iOS
OS X
Together they become iOSX. Get it now? 1 OS instead of 2 with the same core.

Gruber is a semi-interesting blogger that usually writes about Apple content, or about design in general. However, he occasionally puts up ridiculous political posts that are pretty lame.

He also was a co-creator of the 23,202th "to do list"/"notes" app written for iOS. Shortly up his pipeline is a flashlight app and a tip calculator.
