i've asked this a couple of times but it seems to keep getting lost...can anyone comment on messages settings and if there's any way to turn imessage read receipts on for only certain contacts??

thanks!!!

Can you let us know how the built in blacklist works. Can you also test is and tell us the results? Can you blacklist blocked calls etc?

You hold the info icon next to the number in the missed call list and select "block this number" or you can do it through contact preference or directly enter a number in settings. I just blocked my home phone. When I called my iPhone, it went straight to voice mail. When I unblocked, the phone rang.

Blocked, block people from receiving their call and SMS is found under FaceTime and Messages in Settings respectively.

Toggle switch for App Store automatic update is located under iTunes & App Stores* in Settings.

- You can swipe multiple apps from the multitasked (Like Auxo).

how does this work? All i see is you can swipe only one per app.

Nope, you can just either mark them as read or flag them. Deleting must be done by selecting one by one.

Damn. That really should be in there by the time it goes out later this year. I think it's such a simple feature that's been missing since iOS began.

You have to use multiple fingers to tap on the apps and then swipe them away at the same time. Realistically you could probably only do 2-3 at a time.

Not sure if this has even mentioned already. In text messages it highlights times and dates now.

If you click them it does nothing, but I imagine they will have it where you can create a calendar event before release.

Rumor was Ive wanted to do an overhaul of the mail app but they ran out of time.

Anyone come across useful features from iOS 6 that were removed or now function worse in iOS 7?

Great thanks for that. What about sms? If you have the person blocked are the SMS simply undeliverable to the iPhone?

I believe you can actually selectively block - so you can blacklist calls but still allow SMS and Facetime from the same number.

Yes, just confirmed! You can go to settings-phone and add a number there and then settings-messages and add a number there. But they are separate lists. If you block a number directly in your recent calls list, it'll block that number across all apps.

Only thing i see is the notification center widgets. They are all gone. Esp for me is facebook and twitter one tap to update your status. It was so convenient. You would think they could have added it, and had you swipe left etc to bring them up. But it is now gone. The weather widget is now replaced by that worded explanation of the weather. I wish they would at least bring back the tap to update your status again at a future date.

basically when your phone moves the photo moves, great idea!
That doesn't seem to work for me. The image only moves just ever so slightly, no matter how much I pan back and forth, on both the lock and home screen.
