Not annoyed. Why? Well, it goes away after a few uses so it is temporary. Don't mean to **** on your thread, but there are other things to be annoyed about than a temporary 6px tag line.

I wouldn't consider it annoying but definitely out of character for Apple. Mine still hasn't gone away and I've used NC quite a lot.

Same here, has been there all day long, despite me using NC quite regularly. So this whole "it goes away thing" doesn't quite hold for at least some.

To talk your doctor about it, 'cause being annoyed by this simple thing needs some counseling

Really? Simply being annoyed is somehow translating to a need of psychological help? Now that sounds a little crazy.

On beta 4 we had the little arrow of the lock screen that was annoying. Now we have yahoo info that is annoying! Wonder what would be annoying on the next beta!! An extra teeth on the Settings icon maybe??

Not sure why people are suddenly making a big deal out of this.

The Yahoo logo has been in notification center weather since iOS 5.

Oh come on. It's considerably larger and more noticeable than the iOS5 one. If it goes away after a few uses then it's no big deal. If it doesn't then it's crappy design.

I have to be quite honest with you all. I was so much annoyed by it so I only found out it existed by reading this threat. And I use NC almoust every time i touch the phone.

I'm certainly not annoyed by it, and I barely even notice it.

Maybe its just appeared on english language only?

I don't think the settings icon could get any more annoying. :)

I'm usually really fussy over minor details but this is just way to far. Some of you guys are borderline OCD.

I guess I don't see the issue...

The Y! has been included on Applications that source their data from Yahoo since Launch, as well as Maps previously showing that it was sourcing data from Google. Notification center in iOS 6 also showed us the Y!, located in the box giving stock or weather information. In old Notification center, these Y! Icons are also links that take you to Yahoo's webpage.

They just moved where this credit is displayed, and I personally like it better as I won't accidentally hit the Y! icon hyperlink, when I am attempting to scroll through notifications anymore. Now THAT was annoying.
