iOS 7 Beta 3 iCloud Backup restore

Can anyone tell me how to restore my last iOS 7 iCloud backup?

iTunes doesn't recognize the backup I JUST made before reinstalling iOS7... but when I view my backups on the phone, it shows it there, but doesn't give an option to restore.
