iOS 7 Beta 4 Bug Fixes and Changes

Other than the fact that it just got released, its hard to tell whats new in this beta since its still being installed.

Why is their a need to rush to be the first to create a thread about a certain topic. Quick, someone start a thread asking "how's your battery life in beta 4"

Nobody knows it just came out. Even if people got the update and are running it already they still couldn't tell you without having a few days to gather info.

I just want them to fix the wallpaper bug where you couldn't actually change it (or you are left with a gap at the top) and the settings app would crash.

They fixed the iTunes music sync bug, and added an option to change the font

When going to the release notes link, still shows that the Dev Center is down. Probably won't get notes until Dev Center is backup 100%.
