iOS 7 Beta 4 Location Services bug

I don't know if a similar bug was reported from you guys over here (If it is, I'm sorry).

Using beta 4 on a 4s.
After using an app which is using the Location Services and closing it from the multitask list, the arrow next to the watch is still there hours after closing the app and I have to go to the Settings menu to make the arrow disappear.
Any other folks with the same issue?

So it's essentially exactly like that no matter what app you use that uses location services?
