iOS 7 Beta 5 Bug Fixes and Changes

- New Settings icons

- You can now disable Control Center while in-app

- The icons that are displayed while a user is in a call have been slightly altered with the addition of circles around the icons. They also appear to be larger.

- On/Off Switch for Labels in Accessibility
- Can access icons during animation in folders
- Updated in call buttons
- Trash moved in mail to right side
- No more unlocking sound
- Performance enhancements animation tweaks system wide (ie receiving notification will now darken instead of blur on lock screen)
- Pull down banner on push notifications
- Headset controls on headphones now working again
- You can download your specific language dictionary after you define a word
- Twitter and Skype now working
- Install screen and Boot screen same color as your phone now (white iPhone has black apple logo and white background)

I heard certain blurs were disabled on iPad mini and iPad 3, But I have an iPod touch 5th gen, does any other device have limited blurs? iPhone 4S, iPad 2???
 
when receiving a text message, a horizontal bar at the bottom of the pop up on the top of the screen allows you to pull down notification centre.

this wasn't here in beta 4 but you could do this in ios 6...

I like the new settings icons, that applet needed some color. Man it was vanilla before that.

This happens with all banners, good addition IMO
 
I HATE how it now says "Weather and stock information provided by Yahoo!" on the bottom of the notification center.

And it stays even if you have stocks and weather turned off in the notification center.
 
Text message titles no longer shows the last name initial. Just first name or nickname.

Yeah, I'd expect Apple to purchase weather and stocks data providing companies over slapping a big source like that at the bottom of something as frequented as the notification center.
 
Battery life seems like it's back at b3 awesomeness.

Home screen animations transitioning from unlocking and app close seems smoother and slower (as in the animation rate was turned down).

Seems like we're very close to GM.

To add: Safari isn't faster but it's more responsive for me. Also, scrolling up and down while an autocorrect suggestion bubble is up now causes to bubble to move with the screen.

Argh, yes. Very advertise-y feeling. I have always had both disabled. I find the stock weather app crappy and never follow stocks.
 
Trash on the right side in Mail was like that in Beta 4.

Overall it's much quicker on my 4S. The Music app has obviously received some attention as its much improved. The lock screen has been improved (new animations when launching apps from Control Center) and appears quicker when waking from sleep.

LOVE the new settings icons.

Hope they have fixed the notification bug when using certain apps where they wouldn't show.

iOS 7 is really coming along now.
