iOS 7 beta to public release

Will you be able to go from beta 6 to the final release OTA once it is out? I'm already on the GM but gave a couple friends iOS 7 and they will eventually need to update in some way.

No they must update through the computer. They will not be able to update OTA.

This question has been answered quite a few times on here

You cannot go from beta channel to release channel over the air. You will need to download the ipsw and shift-update in iTunes. Or restore and it will automatically download iOS 7 and install it. Then restore from backup.
