There is an HTC style flip clock iwidget floating around somewhere. Install LockHTML3 and use that widget on your lockscreen, or use any kind of widget that tickles your fancy.

hey what are you using to get rid of the clock on the front page? i seem to be having trouble with the grand lock screen. it keeps refreshing. And seems to be crashing apps i don't know if something is conflicting with it.

At first I too had an issue. What you want is "Lock Screen Tool". It'll take care of that pesky stock lockscreen clock & date.

    My lockscreen

The sun is not part of the wallpaper

My widget uses animated weather depending on the temp outside

I don't think I've noticed a difference in battery life.

You can always turn off the animation and just keep the 5 day forecast
