I have the iPhone 5 and just recently upgraded to iOS 7. Don't ask me why I randomly did, because I don't know either. It's nice and all, I guess, but I've noticed there is a big delay from when my phone is locked and I hit the home delay to when the screen that says "Swipe to unlock" appears. It's an almost 2 second delay, so it's very obvious and very annoying. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know a way to fix it?

1. Turn off Find my iPhone
2. DFU Restore the phone (Google how to do it)
3. Set up as New (don't restore a backup)
4. Reload the apps and media you want fresh

Should be fine. The iPhone 5 will run iOS 7 perfectly. If there is a further problem, it's a hardware issue.

Or, if you are near an Apple Store, make a Genius Bar appointment.
