Is an apple developer permitted to put ios7 on multiple apple IDs? If so how many?
A swift response is greatly appreciated :)

It's not Apple IDs. It's UDIDs.

Apple doesn't restrict the number of Apple IDs associated with the Devices that have been registered to a developers account. The only limit is 100 devices max per developer account.
