iOS 7 dock colour

The dock colour remains grey when i choose a whole black wallpaper. I hate that two tone colour. What is your opinion???

I couldn't believe my eyes, it is hideous as are many other things on my iPad Mini. I detest it. Seriously! I will probably never update my iPad3.
