iOS 7 glitch: put apps into Newsstand

Not sure if it was reported already. I just went across this video, showing how to put apps into Newsstand on iOS 7 beta 2:

I tried and it actually works. You just jiggle the icon a bit on Newsstand, and then your apps move away from its original location to Newsstand.

You just restart your iDevice.

Somewhat unrelated, but whenever I tap on Newsstand and immediately press the home button, it causes a respring to occur.

That only happened in b1 for me.

I have just installed iOS 7 beta 2 on my iPad mini as well. This bug is on the iPad too.
