Why does my 4S not show the pink alphabet at the right side like on this screenshot?

I believe that it depends on the number of artists you have.

How many artists do you have? (You can check it by scrolling all the way to the bottom in the artist view.) Probably less than 50 right?

Yeah but this is iOS 7.

If you have more than 50 artists, the letters will show.

Stupid. So if you have 49 artists you have to flick up and down the list until you find the one you want?

I'm using the Last.fm scrobbler app now. If I could uninstall the standard music app I would, the iOS7 version is next to useless. The store link that appear in previous versions was bad enough, although the swipe back function of iOS7 has fixed that to a certain degree. But removing the alphabet sorter is just crazy, why not just leave it there?
