No, I do not get that on the iPad 3 wifi, or the iPad mini 4G.

Happened to me, iPhone 5 ATT.

It happens to me every time too, after two or three songs, usually. This is on the iPhone 5s on Verizon.

It also crashes every time you add songs to a play list and hit done. Tested on iPhone 4S and 5s.

Just happened to me

Deleting videos (TV shows). Was OK for a couple episodes then it kept crashing back to the home page with each episode.
