iPhone iOS 7 Notification Center Today Tab Issues

Is anyone else on the GM version having issues with the today tab in the notifications center? It's pretty much entirely blank and when I go to settings it only gives me the "next destination" option to turn on/off. How would I go about fixing this if there is a way

Update: Second restore fixed the issue
