iPad IOS 7 Notification Problem

Hi, I have an Ipad 2 and have upgraded to IOS 7 and since then notifications only work when connected via Cellular Data. When on WiFi notifications do not work.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks

My iPad 2 is wifi only and the notifications definitely work on iOS 7 on wifi.
