My 4s has self rebooted twice since upgrading to ios7 - otherwise I have no issues with ios7. Don't recall any self reboots with ios6. Second time it self rebooted I checked diagnostics and found LastestCrash.plist. Near the top of the file, it tells me thread 14 triggered the Exception. Here's thread 14:

    Thread 14 Crashed:

Anyone able to pinpoint what may have caused the self reboot?

Did you update over the air or install as new ?
installing as new seems to have solved lots of problems for people here.

I did an OTA update. However, a few days later I completely wiped the phone (Erase all contents and settings) and setup the phone as new. Once it was all set up as a clean phone, then I restored from itunes backup.

Well if that did not work for you i would suggest taking it to an Apple store near you. although they would probably do the same thing but its still worth a shot.

I had very similar issues on a 4s running ios 7.
But downgraded back to ios 6 before apple stopped assigning downgrades.

No random reboots, only HORRIBLE battery life, which was perfectly fine with iOS 6.

Poke the man with the stick, why don't you...

OP, from what I've read, you'll just have to live with those flaws until updates fix them. I have a lengthy list of crash reports on my 4S as well. Hopefully only a few weeks...
