All iPads iOS 7 - safari swipe back

I knew this was a feature of iOS 7 on the iPhone but didn't realise it was on the iPad! I'm on 7.1 beta 4 is it new to this beta or has it been there since iOS 7?

It's been there since iOS 7 was released.

Fair enough! I hadn't realised it was on the iPad!

It is indeed. The only places where I know it doesn't work on the iPad (where it does on the iPhone) is in Settings, Mail and Messages (for obvious reasons). But Safari, Music, etc..works there.
