iOS 7 seems to be made for iPads...

In my personal opinion it just seems that iOS 7 really shines on iPads more than the iPhone. The function of it, ease of use, so much better on an iPad.

Most people actually have more issues with iOS 7 stability/usability/performance on the iPad vs. iPhone.
