Does anyone know if the dynamic wallpapers will be available on iPod touch or ipad 3 in iOS 7?

I like the look of the dark wallpaper but when using dark wallpapers the folders look more cr8ppy than it already is. Hoping by public release the transparency is fixed else it just looks like a grey blob.

i installed on an ipod touch (5th generation) and am able to see and select a dynamic wallpaper (I see two).
