I did not notice this until iOS 7, but for messages it shows I have over a 1gb! Then when I click on it it says messages(saved) 1gb. How do I delete this I don't even know how messages are being saved. I only keep 3 conversations daily! Any fix for this? Attachment of pic is below! Thanks much!

Do you share a lot of photos in messages?

Either way, there is probably a high likelihood that it is some sort of cache that will sort itself out when the space is needed. It's a great example of why this type of information is sometimes best left hidden; it causes users to freak out about things that don't matter.
