For me iOS 7 is to iOS 6 the equivalent of Windows XP to Windows Vista.
Apple didn't learn of it's competence mistakes.
They had a simple OS that was reasonably stable, light, and fruit of years of polishment and they decided that the future had to be an ultra high visual effected version of the present. And that was the start of their end.
Translucent windows, animated backgrounds, icons made by ad designers, complicated and so abstract interfaces... Many hidden layers of utilities one on top of the other...
People needs simplicity. Not fx recharged versions of everything. That is something that a fruit company taught me.
