iOS 8.1.1 is getting smaller again!

iOS 8.1 - 2.09GB

coming from an iPhone 5s 16gb i know how frustrating it is only having a 16GB device. not that i have to worry anymore due to 64GB iP6 but I'm sure others will appreciate this

So are these update sizes due to retina assets? Or is iOS just getting bloated? over 1GB for an update seems awfully high
