iOS 8.1.1 is getting smaller again!

iOS 8.1 - 2.09GB

coming from an iPhone 5s 16gb i know how frustrating it is only having a 16GB device. not that i have to worry anymore due to 64GB iP6 but I'm sure others will appreciate this 🙂

So are these update sizes due to retina assets? Or is iOS just getting bloated? over 1GB for an update seems awfully high
