8.2 will never come out in fact. They'll release 8.5 later in 2015 with the Apple Watch, but it will be buggy as hell and then at the WWDC'15 they will present 8.6 that will be seen as the most stable version since 7.1, and even after the release of 9 that will be buggy until 9.0.4 included. Finally 9.1 will come out and offer stability back. There will be a quite unstable 9.2 version, only available on the first iOS laptop, and we'll have to wait for 9.2.2 for things to sort out.

That was so funny I forgot to laugh.

I downloaded 8.2 beta for developers 2 weeks ago. Is today's update better or the same?

Everything we running smoothly. Just wanted to reap the benefits of a new update

iOS 8.2 beta 1 was quite stable for me and I didn't really have any problems (except maybe for slightly flaky bluetooth, but I'm not sure if that was iOS's fault or my pebble's fault). Beta 2 will obviously provide some bug fixes, but I imagine that it will also be quite stable as well... it wasn't a large update.

Do remember that betas expire, so it's a good idea to keep current if you're running the beta. You can also update OTA from beta 1 to beta 2, so it's a pretty painless process.

Not showing up OTA on iPad Air 2 running beta 1. Gonna wait till the end of the day tomorrow and then update with iTunes if necessary. Also, iH8sn0w never announced an expiration date for beta 1 so even though I'm sure that beta 1 does, in fact, expire, I'm not sure when. Anyone else know?
