iOS 8.3 PB to Final Issue

Anyone having problems downloading the final version of iOS 8.3 after having the Public Beta on their phone? I keep getting "Software Update Failed" message.

I got the same issue, but it worked after restarting the device.

I got the same issue, but it worked after restarting the device.

Just tried rebooting and it worked for me as well. Download started with no problem.

A hard reset didn't work for me, immediately, but the issue appears to have resolved itself after a few tries and some patience. Did not have to remove the public beta profile.

Didn't restart but able to download.

No trouble installing the update on iPhone 6+ or iPad Air 2 from the 8.3 public beta.

Question though, is it normal for the public beta profile to remain even after updating the regular public release? If so, does this mean I should be able to participate in the next public beta for say 8.4 if they release one to the public and I keep the profile installed?

I also has the issue (8.2 trying to update to 8.3). I tried a few more times and it went away.
